* It is a new environmental protection product which is made of two pleated and perforated cardboard walls glued in their edges. It maintains the air clean without dirty air and water can eliminate paints, oil, glass raw materials, epoxy resin, tar, Teflon, plastic and other needless material effectively.

* It can force the load flow change the direction many times so that the particles which heavier than the air will be absorbed and the air will keeping moving forward. The inertia separation principle of the overspray filter is the key to capturing the overspray of paint, glue, resin, fiberglass, tar, teflon, oil, grease, or any other airborne liquid particle efficiently. Particulars holding can reach 19Kg/m2

* The paint particles are captured and retained outside the airstream in the holding pockets. Due to this separation the static pressure remains constant and the overspray filter lasts 3 to 5 times longer than fiberglass filters.

The Standard two pleated cardboard walls capture 99% of high solids and holds 4 lbs. per sq. ft. of overspray.
